Entering Competitions

Hi All

Trying to enter a radio station competition but when I send a message to the assigned number, there is no acknowledgement (messages cost additional €2.50). I have a bill phone and limits on my plan would allow extra charges. Never had an issue entering the competition using previous mobile

provider. Any ideas?
