Enquiring about upgrade

I am wanting to speak to someone regarding upgrading my iphone 13 pro max to iphone 16 pro max. I am wanting to trade my old iphone in to pay off the rest of the value of the phone.

You can do this via the Swap option as you will be given a value for your iphone 13, if that value is enough to pay off what you owe against it then you will have no more to pay against it. If itisn'tenough then the difference will be added to your next available bill and if is more than what you owe then the difference will added to your bill as a credit that will be used against a future bill.

You should also beware that there are long wait times for the iphone 16.

Had my iPhone 2 years now, do I have to swap or do I get to upgrade and keep my other phone?

Hi @KatieBur90  you can swap and send your phone back and if it's in good condition that should pay what's left on the contract and you get a new phone. If you upgrade but keep your phone then what's left is added to your next bill to be paid in one or buy a new phone and pay monthly for that phone and continue the monthly payments on the old phone.
