Enabling Passport Plus

If I increase my monthly spend cap so that I can enable Passport Plus roaming feature, how do I enable the feature as spend cap now increased but I can't Passport Plus feature to confirm it is now working?

Passport plus is activated automatically when in a country that applies to it.  (Either by making calls/texts or using data)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
