I have an issue with Sky Voicemail. When I call it says 'your voicemail is disabled, call Sky to turn it back on'.
I have called Sky who escalated the problem to the tech team. I was sent a text to do the following.
Dial *52 to enable voicemail. Dial *53 to disable voicemail.
When I followed the above instructions it stated the following. 'You are not allowed to call this number'.
I've replaced the sim and reset the phone but it seems a Sky issue.
Any advice would save me from taking a long walk off a short pier.

I'm not sure you read my post. I did call and it states it is switched off and I should call Sky to switch back on.

@63johnw best of luck achieving level 17. Your post is not helpful, in fact, you post the same reply to similar posts. It does not work in my situation so why post. Your surely aware the reply is not appropriate nor helpful. Best of luck to you as well chum.

I have had issues as well with trying to reset my voicemail pins so I can actually access my voicemail messages.
I appreciate your comment. @Anonymous and I too hope this gets resolved expedititiously.
