Emergency calls when abroad
Emergency calls only when abroad. No access to sky network. Online steps not working. Unable to contact sky directly. Can anyone help?

Re: Emergency calls when abroad
Your phone should connect to a local network when you are abroad as it will only connect to Sky when in the UK.
Give this a try:
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Re: Emergency calls when abroad
As above, when abroad you do not connect to Sky network. You connect to local providers.
What country are you in?
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
