I have emergency call only showing on my mobile for 6 days now. I've run through all the online checks for network and mobile itself and still no fix. I have check service status and it shows as working but when I look in Google for any mobile masts near me down it shows O2 mast is down nearest me. I'm aware that Sky use O2 masts to provide their network is this the issue and how/who do I call to get this resolved. I'm and OAP and need my mobile, luckily WhatsApp is still working or I'd be completely without means of contact.

if it does show the same then I'm afraid there is nothing anyone can do for you as it is up to the mast owner to carry out the repairs.
