Eircode not recognised wft is wrong with sky

I'm trying to activate my new sim card. And it's won't accept the format of the eircode no matter what I do. (Removed) I don't know how to write my own eircode this is mental. If I ring I be talking to someone that I can't understand. 

Invalid postcode format, please use format eg.  keeps coming up

This is happening to me since September.

Now every month I get threatening emails telling me, my payment hasn't been received.

It's very frustrating and all they say is try a new browser 🙈wasters

I'm spending hours ever month on these empty heads and AIs. Seriously considering closing my account.
