Egypt
My phone didn't work at all in Egypt outside of the hotel.
i tried to add the internet every day it said it did but I couldn't use my phone at all.

Hi @Adjender16 did you check both monthly and roaming spend caps weren't reached ? As Egypt is a rest of the world roaming country then it wouldn't take long to reach any spend cap in place. It costs thousands of pounds per gig of data there.

You would have hit the default spending cap of £45 after around 20 megabytes of data were used: a typical smartphone could easily consume that amount on background tasks within a few minutes of roaming being active. The cap is there to prevent users unwittingly running up truly enormous bills.
