I ordered the S26 which came in a deal with the watch8 and also some wireless earbuds. I had to submit a claim for my watch and have received that, however, I'm still waiting on my earbuds nearly 60days later. I haven't received anything from sky to suggest it has been sent etc. What are my next steps?

Not sure there is a lot you can do, you could try speaking to Sky to see what they say.
