Data roaming when abroad

Why are Scottish sky customers always treated differently in the rewards . As a diamond reward customer the free roaming only starts when the summer holidays start in England when a lot of us have already been on holiday and been charged the £2 a day per device

I suspect that's just a coincidence as opposed to some conspiracy.

It will be 'free' for when you go on holiday next year.

I went away earlier this month as not tied by school holidays - I didn't get the 'free' roaming either.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Gee-m

It is a coincidence as to when the free roaming began and is nothing to do when any school holidays do or don't start.

Im sure that sometime in the future you will be going abroad again so you will get free roaming when you don't you visit any of those 120 countries.

Never mentioned a conspiracy but the difference of rewards between England & Scotland, data roaming is just one example most rewards are for parks, zoos and other days out .

Personally I suspect that (despite Sky still having a substantial base in Scotland) such decisions are typically taken in London by people who have no idea that Scottish schools aren't on the same timetable.
