Ear buds not received

I received my phone yesterday which on the offer came with free ear buds and a watch, I've claimed for the watch but I've not been sent the ear buds

This might be relevant, "The Buds3 Pro will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving your new device.​"

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I've chased today as nothing was sent when I bought a Samsung s24 in august when the deal was on - I checked on the Samsung website multiple times incase I had missed something
