Hi,I purchased an A17 5G phone, apparently compatible with esim.

I never received an activation code.

However, when I can the QR code using the A17, a message pops up saying add esim to watch.

Now if I can the same code using my S23 Ultra it says add esim to phone.

I have tried calling sky mobile and keep getting fobbed off.

Any help please?

Hi @jumpy64 the A17 isn't appearing on the list of approved handsets with sky mobile.
