ESim activation

I ordered an esim and installed it yesterday but have no idea if its activated or my old number is being transfered, no comunication from sky, bit frustrated

When did you give Sky the pac code as usually the number transfer should take place on the following working day and when it has Sky should email/text you to say it has been completed.
