ESIM
I have a three sim, and I have purchased a gogle 9pro on sky, Can I transfer my 3 sim to an esim?

You can transfer your number that you have with 3 to Sky as this link explains what you need to do:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-to-sky-mobile-keep-your-number
Buy the Sky sim
Activate the sim when it arrives but do not put it in your phone, so keep your current sim in it.
Get pac code from your current supplier
Give Pac code to Sky
When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.
You can give Sky your pac code online here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/my-number/transfer

I am on contract with 3, I assumed the sky phone was unlocked and could use any network sim in it

Your are correct, a Sky mobile is unlocked so you can use your 3 sim in it.
