Anyone can help me.i supposed to transfer my eSIM from my old iPhone to new iPhone.i don't know what's wrong.when I done transfer.it said failed something wrong with provider .it waw maintaining etc i need contact with them .i rang them this morning.i just couldn't get anyone to sort out .now no any service of my phone number.i tried to use the qr code provided at app but when i reinstalled.it said invalid .i don't know how i can contact them .mu phone number totally can't be used and no idea how can put service back

Hi @Henengwu  I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

 

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
