ESIM plan on wrong number

I just got a new phone upgrade and wanted to keep my number. The new phone has a new number and all the plan is on the new number so I have n o access to the data plan etc etc. please help transfer this all to my original number.

To do that all you needed to have done would have been to move the esim you currently have to your new phone, if you want to do this and you have activated this new plan you will need to call Sky to ask them to cancel the new sim so that you can move the esim to your new phone as per this:
