Strangely enough, I have the same issue.  WiFi, 5g, texts all fine. Calls not working at all 

 

Got new phone yesterday and seemed fine last night. Today, no calls made me wonder about the handset. But no calls in Dundee or Forfar.

Worked out my issue. I turned on so ething called Google advanced  protection. Guess that also protects you from making or receiving calls.

 

Handset is a Poco.
