ESIM install doesnt work code incorrectly formatted

Hi,

My esim wont install.

I got the manual info online but its not in the format needed 

e.g. 

LPA:1$sm-v4-124-a-gtm.pr.go-esim.com$"more detail"

the QR code doesnt work 

it has some other detail att he end of the above $$1D

i also haev an activation code via email i dont know how to use.

can someone please clarify.

All sky support is a stupid robot that doesnt help. and the other stuff need a phone to get help whatsapp or phone or messaging.all of which i cannot do because my esim wont install

basically my esim online gives me.

1. SM-DP+ Address

2. Activation code

3. Activation code via email

How do i put these in on a pixel 7 pro.

I did this when i originally signed up from online googling i got the info but cant for the life of me figure it out anymore or find it again
