Hi,

I ordered SIM recently which i was told to get physical SIM and try conversion after. And now from end of last week Sky having issues converting pyhsical to esim. The customer services have said they have raised issue internalyl and they will switch to esim automatically but that will take a week. The whole idea of i wanted eSIM so i can use dual SIM and now i am without my business sim in the phone. This is second time i have bad experience with Sky.
