What the 24 is Swap24 means is that if you want after 24 months you can swap your device for another as the remaining 12 months should be paid off by the value Sky gives you for the device if it is in good condition.

Because it takes 36 months of paying that particular amount to pay off the phone.  Clearing the debt in 24 months would cost more each month.

The last 12 months pays off the remaining credit agreement and you then own the device in totality.  There's no money to pay back...

 

...or (as above) you can 'swap' your phone for a newer model and pay around the same monthly depending on the model/spec  (By entering a whole new agreement)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
