Hi, I placed an order for a couple of Sim Cards but missed the option to choose a physical sim card over an E-Sim as the phones arent compatible. I cant seem to find anything anywhere about canceling the order or swapping the E-Sims to pjysical cards. Anyone else had this?

Hi @DHolmes34 just order new physical sims from sky.com you don't need to cancel the other order for esims just don't activate them and you won't be charged.
