Hi I Recently ordered a E Sim as Sky failed to ship a pysical Sim out. I had to activate this on my sons phone so i could unlock my icloud account which then aloud me to pick up my replacement phone from apple. During set up phone asked if i would like to transfer esim from a phone which followed process and said was no longer available. I have also been on sky site and re scanned the QR code and still have the same issue. I have tried to order a new esim which also can not do. Also visited a sky kiosk and they were unable to help and the chat with Bot and some guy was totally un helpful. This is my last resort, can anyone help ? I have a Iphone 14 pro max

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @GW72 you probably need to order a physical sim from sky, when it arrives activate it and either use that or then convert to an esim.

Hi Yes but apparntly i have now converted to a esim, online they suggested i cant now get a pysical sim ! Sky customer chat and calling them is very shocking, i have now had two chats justed stopped after over a hour back and forth. !! Thanks for reply anyway
