I've tried changing my physical sim to an E-Sim this evening but after I go through all the steps fine, the last hurdle doesn't seem to work. It does not activate on my phone and just displays an error message stating it was unable to activate the eSim and to Contact Sky for assistance and that's it.
What am I doing wrong for this to not work?

The process doesn't work and you risk losing functionality if you follow it through.
I've been without the ability to make or receive calls for over two weeks and Sky have absolutely no clue how to resolve - and in short do not care.
No updates as to what is wrong, no contact when promised and about a hundred different SLA's quoted in terms of timescales to resolve.
I'm switching provider as have given up on Sky despite a continuous 22 years as being a customer.
