Dual sim

I'm trying to add an eSIM from EE to my iPhone 15. I have an active physical card from sky, but it keeps coming up saying unable to activate eSIM. EE have assured it is not a problem from there end. How do I find out if my plan allows dual sim?

Hi @KevB881  there should be no restrictions from Skys end, all phones supplied by sky are unlocked and can be used with any network sim. Have you tried looking on Apple help pages for advice on installing esims.

I have tried looking on all sky forums, apple forums and even EE(network I'm trying to add) have followed all advice I can see and still not successful

It isn't your plan you need to be looking at as it is your phone so what phone do you have ?
