I'm in Dubai and have an e-sim installed on my iPhone. My UK number has roaming on but since my UAE number has activated my UK number is showing no service and can't make or receive calls or messages. I need both numbers but my UK number just doesn't work. I've followed all the tips in the FAQ's but I'm still stuck.
