Its saying my sin has been delivered but i havent received it

I ordered my sky mobile sim on the 24th October, I ordered this separately from my phone when my phone got delivered it said my sim got delivered but I didn't seen any sim when I opened the box.

Now it's saying my sim has been delivered and now I need to activate it but I haven't received the sim. And when I got to order a replacement sim it won't let me as it says I need to activate the sim but I haven't received the sim.

I would really like to know what's going on as I paid for this sim and I haven't received it yet as I thought it was meant to come separately through the post and not with my phone.

Hi @Benmacmanard  if you ordered it separately then they usually come via royal mail. You could order another one at sky.com and if they both turn up just activate one (it won't matter which one). You shouldn't be charged for any sim until you activate it.
