Should have had a delivery 18th June dpd was advised that my parcel was at Wolverhampton, then received a message saying there was a delay due to a problem in my local area, checked the app and my parcel is in Scotland, I have received no help at all from sky or dpd, dpd are advising they don't know where my parcel is, and sky want me to wait 7 days which is utter rubbish as this was a birthday present, tried to register a complaint on dpd but phone number just has a recorded message advising my parcel is delayed, absolute poor customer service from sky and dpd won't bother again

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you submit a complaint via Sky they will investigate it in conjunction with DPD but it will take as long as it takes I'm afraid.
