I bought an iPhone 16 and a mobile data plan which was supposed to be delivered next day (Thursday 14th). During the one hour window, which i was in for, I received a notification that the dpd driver had missed me. Our house has cameras, which did now show the dpd driver even comong to the door. I then re arranged the delivery (I paid 4.99 for it to be delivered on Saturday 16th) and once again the driver did not come to the door, only this time they uploaded a photo from an adress that isn't even on my street. I have added an image of my adress and added delivery instructions on the dpd app as I know the adress can sometimes be difficult to find, however twice now on separate occasions by different drivers they haven't even come to the right adresss, but claim they missed me.
I have contacted dpd twice now and they have not been of any help. I don't know what to do next.
