I paid my bill for this month last month, yet I am receiving emails from sky saying I haven't paid but my account verifies that I have. The direct debit keeps attempting to go out also.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you have a direct debit set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. What will happen is the direct debit will be taken and then a credit should appeared on your account for the amount you have overpaid (it might already be on it) and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account.
