Hi,
I have received my next bill which is double what i normally pay. I think this is to do with the payment date being moved. I've made a mistake a selected the 1st instead of the 3rd. Can this be changed and my bill rectified to what it normally should be?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs the bill has been created it is to late to change it now but you should see it work out on next months bill which could be slightly less than you usually pay.
