Double payment

• Hy i got charged double in on monthe that is really disappointing 
• Was supposed to deduct on 21 of every month but got deducted on 2 april and 21 april as well

Hi @Damanpreet  are you new to sky mobile as this does happen with your first/second bills.

As stated above if you are new to Sky mobile then the first two bills are taken two weeks apart as you can read about here:

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:
