Noticed 22 April data rollover 140++data disappears left with 103.MB have 4 sims great rang around as normal Mumbai around the world etc got no help cut off 3 times cannot get to speak with a human only robots. SKY THES THINGS ARE IMPORTANT especially when working 

15 years a VIP is a joke no help at all hours spent trying to get through. Is it time to switch.

Hi @Margaret-Entwistl  it could be one of two things, data older than 12 months now disappears from your piggybank, if not this then there is an issue that sky are currently investigating where data is going missing from customer piggybanks. Sky have said when they find what is causing the issue they will return the data.
