I changed my bill date to the 16th of the month to ensure I had the funds, it come out on that date but now I have another bill due 7/12 that I now don't have the money for

Yes I'm new, I changed it before any payment came out weeks ago

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAlthough you have changed it, the actual change doesn't start until you first two bills have been made so from your third bill onwards it should be taken on the date you want it to.
