Double data offer

I've recently upgraded/swapped my phone for an iPhone 12, whilst swapping I qualified for the double data offer. Today my data refreshes but it's still saying my normal data but not doubled?? Please can someone advise?? 
im on a 24 month contract and using same sim.

Hi @Jennie+S  give sky a call on 150 and they will look at it for you.
