My flip 7 is faulty so called to exchange as in cool off period. It came with a watch.
I was told to send phone back(No mention of watch) and start a new contract with the same phone and comes with pro 3 ear buds for same price. I was expecting just an exchange but advised this by sky.
No mention on phone or emails about returning watch,just the phone to cancel contract. Surely that's there mistake as only phone,the box and lead was mentioned? But I'd rather the watch than buds
