You can't cancel a device unless you have had it for less than 31 days otherwise you signed a credit agreement against it to pay it off over a set period of time. If you have had it less than 31 days then under the cooling off rules you can cancel it by calling Sky who will then arrange for it ti be returned.
If you want to cancel a sim you can only do this once you have been paying for it for 12 months or more.
