Disgusted and let down by sky

I've been trying to sort this issue out since before Christmas and yet again not been sorted 

I'm disgusted with sky and the way I've been treated

We're other customers here - we can't provide any suggestions without knowing what the issue is...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Debbie+19 You've made 2 theads here, one in the Sky Glass section and one in the Sky mobile section and in both you haven't said what the issue is, so what is the point of these threads?

Ranting about Sky's failings without providing any context is pointless.
