If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t shouting at Sky Customer Services on here.
All mobiles supplied by Sky come unlocked to any network so how is yours locked?

I spoke with Sky mobile earlier transferred to different departments as the mobile was not accepting the password entered in correctly! This is the third mobile that you have provided. Now what do I do as I desperately need the mobile up and running

It sounds as if the WiFi code is being input incorrectly as it's unlikely 3 phones have the same fault.
