Discounted sim plan but now paying more

Hi! I've signed up for a Black Friday deal of 40GB per month for £10. However I've been billed £14.40 and there seems to be no way of contacting Sky via email or message about this. Any numbers I can call to get help on this?

Check the bill dates. It may cover more than the normal month. Then check future bills to see if the reflect the amount you are expecting.

Hi @DaniS  as mentioned by @Daniel0210  check the dates, if this is your first month it will cover a longer period as you pay part of this month and next month in advance. If this is an additional sim on your account did you cancel the old one ?
