Direct debits

I have added credit onto my account which states it will be used towards future direct debit payments. Yet this month another payment from my bank account came out rather than taking it from the credit I built up

Why are you adding manual payments at all? Just let the direct debit payments be taken automatically.

If Skys system is still taking the direct debit rather than your stockpile you'll need to query it with Sky. Our advice on here is don't make manual payments unless your services are restricted or you are otherwise asked to by Sky.
