Didn't Receive Smart Watch with my order

I ordered my new Samsung phone, it arrived the next day, but I'm still waiting for my Smart Watch almost 3 weeks later.

Is this normal or should I have received it by now?

When you ordered your phone did you follow the instructions to also put the watch in the basket so it gets ordered as well because if you didn't you will not be sent the watch.

I ordered it over the phone, the guy on the other end was really nice and really helped me.

If the watch was not added to the order by the advisor (if it was possible they could do it) then I'm afraid you will not be sent it.

He said that he added it to my order as I was going through with it, as to be honest, it was what made me order. Was the free watch.

Then presumably it's stock levels - I'd give Sky a call and confirm it was ordered.
