Why does it still show in my devices when I have paid off everything on my contact for my phone 

says I have 5 devices when really I should only have 3 as paid 2 off 

can't swap as have to many it's saying

If you have paid the devices off then usually they should prevent you from adding more as they shouldn't be counted as an active device but if you are having issues the only way to get them added would be by calling Sky on 150 and letting them place the order for you.
