Can’t make or receive calls for past 9 days. I’ve contacted sky numerous times and no one has come .

For the last nine days I've been unable to make or receive calls on my iPhone 13. I'm also unable to transfer data from my Piggybank to my account. I have spoken to Sky twice. Last Sunday the advisor was very helpful but promised me a call back within 3-5 days but that didn't happen. I've also been through the online support guidance to check the settings, reset the settings atleast 8 times to no success. I'm not sure what else I can do to get this sorted. Any advice ? Thank you

What is happening when you try to make a call and are there any network settings showing here:

The call ends after 10-15 seconds of trying to connect. Incoming callers are informed that my phone is unavailable.

There are no issues reported when I check the service status using the link.

Have you tried a replacement sim:

 

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

 

If you can't then will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at bottom to their sites.

I haven't been able to try my sim in another phone or someone else's in my phone. But the advisor seemed to rule out that the SIM card was the problem. 

I'll try contacting Sky on X to see if they respond. Thanks for your advice. Much appreciated
