I didn't get the tracking information for the phones i ordered and by the time I found them they was being returned to sky. can I organise them being posted again please

Hi @Emma398 not here you can't. You will need to call sky to find out why they were returned and if it's possible to get them sent back to you. Call on 150 from a sky sim.
