Device won’t connect to wifi

My handset will not connect to my new Vodafone home broadband via WiFi

Yes I have tried that! 

I got new Vodafone wifi and all other devices work when connected to it, apart from me iPhone 14. Nothing will load if I'm connected to my wifi. I've spoke to Vodafone and they think it's the handset problem

Can your phone see your wifi network and if so what happens when it tries to connect to it ?

Yes it connect then nothing loads, no apps load, safari won't load anything

Is the Wif icon shown at the top of the screen, if so try a reboot of your broadband router at the mains.
