Device return package

Good I need to return the device iPhone 17 pro it's not what I was expecting I was expecting IPhone 17 pro Max Silver colour not Blue. Regards

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Note: if you order an alternative device/colour you will undergo further credit checks.

You will need to call Sky about this tomorrow so they can arrange for you to return it and when you do make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt as it will contain the tracking details.
