Device not received

I have been told that my parcel is going to arrive between 16.00 to 17.00. It has not arrived. Driver posted a random picture and mentioned that I missed the parcel which is very upsetting. Need to sort this one.

Did they leave you a "Sorry you were out card" if not what else did this message say, did it say they would try again to deliver it ?
