Device Swap

Hello,

 

I recently made a device swap and was told to send my old device (a tablet) back when my new device was delivered, problem is they sent me a phone sized box, for a tablet.

 

I have been on live chat 4 times now to request the correct size of packaging to send the tablet back, they keep sending me the same size of box my phone came in, a tablet definitely won't fit in it.

 

What do I do now? I've missed the 14 day deadline to send it back (thanks to sky) asked for yet another adequate size of package again on Friday, just for another phone sized box to show up.

@Csteele88  Afaik you can only swap like for like 

 

eg phone for phone, not phone for tablet hence the packaging 

 

alternatively you can source your own packaging which may be the way to go

Phone for phone? How come they offered me a Google pixel 9 pro as a swap for my Samsung tab S9 tablet then?

@Csteele88  I've asked a couple of fellow superusers for clarification so I'll advise that you wait for one of them to respond 

 

however it would seem that sky are expecting a phone instead of the tablet

@SKY1992bf okay well one responded saying they don't know already.

 

I have screenshots confirming the swap and both devices, so not sure why they are expecting a phone when its clearly a tablet lol
