Device Option gones missing from the order status
Hello,
Not sure if anybody else have encountered this. I recently placed an order for 17 Pro Max along with porting my number from my current porovider. I paid the down payment as mentioned and the order status was showing timeline fo Sim and Drevice, The device status delivey date was showing as "coming soon" for the last 7 days. Today afternoon the device option went missing from the order status and checking with sky support, they are saying the status is marked as "un delivered" internally in their system. But there was no delivery email, no tracking info and no courier service ever tried any delivery attempt and the sky support is saying they need 507 working days to figure out what went wrong
