I'e signed up to Sky and haven't got the sim card despite Tesco turning off my signal.

Hi @Topcat13  probably should have waited til you had your new sim before cancelling the Tesco one. Sky use Royal Mail for delivery of sims so they usually take a couple of days. If it's been longer than 4-5 days you may want to order another one but only activate one if both arrive.
